ABOUT TiE OREGON

The Oregon chapter was launched in 2007 with an inaugural keynote address by the late C.K. Prahlad, the distinguished professor and internationally recognized business consultant famous as the father of the concepts of “core competence” and “the fortune at the bottom of the pyramid.”

TiE Oregon seeks to further the success of innovation-driven enterprise in the entire state of Oregon. One of the objectives is also to bring the benefits of its national and international connections to local entrepreneurs, by inviting distinguished speakers, hosting delegations and connecting our members to other chapters in the TiE network. Another aim is to help members explore markets in other geographic regions and bring foreign investment into Oregon.
