TiE Oregon Adds Two New Board Members

 

Portland, Oregon (March 6, 2018) – TiE Oregon Adds Two New Board Members

 

TiE Oregon is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors. New board members include Jill Nelson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ruby Receptionist and Sadhana Shenoy, Ex-Chief Operations Office, moovel Group. Each will serve a two-year term.

“I am pleased to welcome Jill and Sadhna as new Board members,” said Nitin Rai, President of TiE Oregon. They both bring a wealth of hands-on, entrepreneur experience and will be tremendous assets as we further our mission of fostering entrepreneurship with a focus on women and minorities.”

In addition, two members were re-elected and will serve second terms. Brent Bullock, Partner at Perkins Coie LLP will continue as the secretary of the board and Diane Fraiman, Partner at Voyager Capital will remain a key strategic contributor as TiE Oregon continues to broaden their reach.

The TiE Oregon Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the medical, sustainability, and technology industries, venture capitalists, and angel investors. TiE Oregon’s Board continues to be 50% women. It is the Board’s responsibility to provide guidance and direction as well as to raise awareness of TiE Oregon’s services to the entrepreneur community.
